Traditionally, Clark County District Court receives and approves all document filing and service at the courthouse.  Today, you can file and serve your documents in Clark County District Court on-line using Wiznet's E-File & Serve.  Simply enter your case number or use the key-word search to access your case and begin filing and serving online.  Once documents are submitted, you may view the status of documents you file through the E-File Queue.
