Traditionally, Clark County District Court stores civil, probate and criminal case documents on-site, which requires interested parties to visit the courthouse to obtain copies.

Today, the Clark County Document Access Program (DAP) is the online source for case related documents hosted at the Clark County Court house.  All civil and probate case documents from January 2001 are available online as well as at the courthouse.  The documents hosted in the DAP are searchable, printable and available for viewing.

There are two DAP registration options:

• DAP On Demand:  Pay per download for each document retrieved through DAP
• DAP Subscription:  Purchase an annual subscription for unlimited access to documents through DAP
